HOW DO I GET MY AVATAR TO CHANGE!?

Damnit I've tried everything! Reset Avatar, give the new file a different name than the old one, countless F5's and Ctrl+F5's, even restarting the whole dang computer. NOTHING! Why won't my avatar change?
